Do the Fruits and Vegetables You Eat Today Contain Less Nutrients?

Do you know of anyone, who despite their healthy diet,  ended up with diseases that would seem to be preventable to those eating healthfully?
I certainly do and from my study it would seem that our foods are simply deficient in nutrients. I thought I would share with you some of the articles that I found in my research. I could rewrite the information but thought it just as good to let you connect to the original article. What do you think? I am not sure if I agree with everything presented in these articles but they are thought provoking. I do think it is wise to carefully consider the sources of nutrients we are receiving.
